Ā Note: Bulbs ship starting in October based on availability and your zone, unlike other products. Plant around or after your first frost but before the ground freezes.

  1. Choose an area with good drainage that receives at least 4 hours of sun per day.

  2. Dig a hole 4-5ā€ deep. In zones 3-4, plant bulbs 6ā€ deep to ensure winter protection.

  3. Place bulbs 4-5ā€ apart with points facing upward, and then gently pack the soil over the bulb.

  4. Water once and then not again till spring.

  5. Top with 1-2ā€ of mulch for insulated protection.
